|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment
information. To calculate shipping on your selected items, add items to your shopping
cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can select a shipping
method. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from
International Shipping Stipulations and Restrictions
If your physical order is shipping internationally (outside of the U.S.) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Pearson VUE has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer's responsibility. For further information please contact your local customs office.

|When will my order ship?|
Digital products will be emailed immediately, after your order is processed and payment is received. Please contact customer service if you have not received your digital products within 12 hours of purchase.
Physical products that are in stock will usually ship within 24-48 hours after placing the order. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the product has shipped.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts:
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
