How do I return an item?
We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. Customers can return physical products within 30 days of purchase. Bundled and digital products currently cannot be returned. Please contact Customer Service for more information about returning an item.
Customer Service Contact Information
Once your return has been "authorized" by Customer Service, you will be emailed a pre-paid Return Postage label from Customer Service at your account email. You can use this label to return products to the address specified on the label. Once the product has been received and verified, we will credit your account within 7 to 10 business days.
