Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  To view your Order Status, you must first login to access your account. This ensures that your private information will be secure. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  After logging in to "My Account", click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
  Track your order from the moment it ships to the moment it arrives. It will take at least one business day for your order to display. Login to "My Account", then click "Review orders / track packages".

My order never arrived.
  If you purchased a physical product, like a book:

Login to "My Account" to track your order status and see if all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If you purchased an digital/electronic product, like an ebook:
After completing your purchase for a digital/electronic product, you will receive 2 separate emails:
  • Email #1 will be an order confirmation detailing the specifics of your purchase. Please save this email for your records.
  • Email #2 will contain instructions to access your digital order. Note: Some digital/electronic product access instructions are emailed by the publisher. Please allow for up to one business day for instructions to be received.
Shortly after your transaction is complete, email #2 will be delivered to the email address you provided in the registration or checkout process. If you can't locate this email, try checking your spam/junk folder. These emails can occasionally get flagged as spam by mistake. If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  If an item is missing from your shipment, login to "My Account" to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped, as some items may be shipped separately. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

My product is missing parts.
  If your product is missing parts, login to "My Account" to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from the supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product, but as soon as we do we will promptly process your shipment.
